this is my only Daisy spindle, it likes to spin silk, it's beautiful and easy to carry along.
This is the basket as I found it at the estate sale, no one was interested in it, it sat there all morning and was almost noon when I arrived. The antique hunters missed the best thing in the house because they didn't know what it was and it looked like knitting and "woman's work" Oh, not quite as I found it, the red silk was spun on it by me. It spins very well and likes silk.
