This bread recipe is so easy, it raises over night and you bake it the next day. If you want to check it out, go to youtube.com and type in Jim Lehey's easy, no knead bread. It is soooo easy. It takes 3 minutes to mix it up in the evening (or whenever), the next morning you take it out of the bowl, put it on a floured surface fold it over a couple times to make a sortof ball, let it rise a couple more hours, then bake.....This is the recipe that was in the NY Times a couple years ago but I missed it, just discovered it recently. It uses 1/4 tsp. of yeast, and requires 12 to 18 hours rising time, I think this is how people made bread 100 years ago and somehow we've made it into a difficult process, when it's very easy.
