Scarves

knit the long way across, from my handspun yarn, with a different color for each row, the fringe made as you go.

2 scarves, one very long, the other shorter
Angora scarf in progress

Wool bought at Rhinebeck and crochetted in single ply

This scarf is made from the yarn seen in a later post, they are on the table, dyed with easter egg dye, handspun, then knit. Just an easter egg dye experiment. Good nontoxic dye to use with children.
"My so called scarf" pattern, it's free on the internet. Knit from handspun wool.

Small scarves, knit from lovely commercial yarns.

A little shawl crochetted from a silk, cotton blend, commercial yarn.

A knit triangular scarf, commercial yarn. Easy peasy, start with 4 stitches, increase one at beginning of each row, in garter stitch. Uses one skein of that expensive yarn you don't know what to do with. I like these scarves better than ones that are dragging on the flour when you bend over.
